Additional charges may apply depending on the applicable rental agreement, including charges related to vehicle damage, excessive mileage, late return, fuel, cleaning, tolls, traffic violations, or other authorized fees.
Any required security deposit, booking deposit, cancellation fee, refund policy, or other payment condition will be disclosed before or as part of the applicable rental agreement.
Customers should review the specific terms provided for their reservation before completing payment.
Rental vehicles must be operated responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
Unless specifically authorized in writing, renters may not:
Use a vehicle for racing, speed testing, or competitions.
Use a vehicle for illegal activities.
Allow unauthorized individuals to operate the vehicle.
Use the vehicle in a manner that could cause unreasonable damage or risk.
Sublease, transfer, or rent the vehicle to another person.
Use the vehicle outside any geographic restrictions contained in the rental agreement.
The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in accordance with the rental agreement and for reporting accidents, damage, mechanical problems, or other issues promptly.
The renter may be responsible for applicable costs resulting from damage, loss, misuse, negligence, unauthorized use, or violation of the rental agreement.
Customers must follow the pickup and return instructions provided by JB Exotics.
Vehicles must be returned on time, at the agreed location, and in the condition required by the applicable rental agreement.
Late returns may result in additional charges where permitted by the rental agreement.
Mileage limits, fuel requirements, tolls, parking charges, traffic violations, cleaning charges, and other applicable fees will be governed by the rental agreement associated with the reservation.
Customers are responsible for charges attributable to their use of the vehicle when permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
Insurance requirements may vary depending on the vehicle and rental agreement. Customers may be required to provide proof of valid insurance or obtain applicable coverage before taking possession of a vehicle.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the insurance requirements applicable to their rental.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, vehicle availability, photographs, specifications, features, and other information may change without notice.
Website photographs may not always represent the exact vehicle available for a particular reservation.
Your use of our website and submission of personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
